Tips for snowboard course

The right clothing and equipment: Dress in layers to be prepared for changing temperatures throughout the day. A well-fitting helmet, a waterproof ski jacket, pants, and gloves are essential. If you would like to wear back or wrist protectors, please feel free to do so. Whatever makes you feel comfortable. The right equipment is also very important for a comfortable and enjoyable learning experience. Please contact our partner Modern Ski for the best rental equipment.

Please check your snowboard level before booking the course. In our advanced snowboard course, we focus on linking turns, refining your style, practicing some jumps, and exploring freestyle riding both on and off the groomed slopes. If you can stand on your board but haven't yet practiced making turns, please take our beginner course.

Our experienced snowboard instructors will find the best learning path for you. Please feel free to share your preferences with us at any time!

Beginner participants can start the courses on Sunday or Wednesday.

Helmets are mandatory.

Meeting point: 10 minutes before the start of the course at the designated group level flag at Geingenbühel, Seefeld, or in front of our meeting office at Rosshütte, Seefeld.

Advanced level participants can start the courses from Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

A minimum of 4 participants are required for the course to take place.

Practicing alone is okay. But riding with a group? Much better! In our groups, you'll be with people who are just as passionate about snowboarding as you are. You'll motivate each other, share tips, and celebrate every small achievement together. And honestly, nothing motivates you more than seeing others push their limits.

Do you already feel comfortable on your board? Perfect! Then our advanced course is just for you. This course is all about more style, more skills, and more adrenaline: carving like a pro, riding switch, first jumps, and maybe even some park action. Our coaches will show you how to refine your technique and move more freely on the slopes (and in the powder). Challenge accepted?

Our instructors have tons of experience and know how to make every session fun and relaxed. They'll show you the best techniques and make sure you can try everything out on the slopes. You'll get plenty of feedback – easy to understand and without any pressure.

Sure, fun is our top priority. But so is safety. From the very beginning, you'll learn how to ride safely, how to fall correctly (yes, you can practice that!), and how to be considerate of others. Plus, we'll give you tips on the perfect gear – so you stay warm and can focus on your riding.
