You can book online, by email, phone, WhatsApp or directly at our office at Münchner Straße 142, Seefeld. The easiest and fastest way is to book online in advance. Your course registration is only binding after we have sent you a confirmation. You don't need to print out the confirmation.

Where can I find information about my booking?

Once your booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. This confirmation will contain all the important information about the course, including the start and end times, and the meeting point. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Where are the meeting points located?

We have two main meeting points. The first is located at the Geigenbühel ski lift in Seefeld, and the second is at the Rosshütte in Seefeld. When booking a course, you will need to select a meeting point for your lesson.

How does the lunchtime supervision and meal service work for children during the ski course?

We offer a healthy lunch with childcare in our "Lunch Club" at the Geigenbühel ski lift in Seefeld every day (except Saturdays) from 12:00 to 13:30. Participation in the lunch program must be booked separately when registering for the course. Alternatively, you can book up to one day in advance. Our newly renovated Lunch Club provides a comfortable space for a healthy lunch, drinks, playtime, making new friends and using the restrooms. The children are always supervised by our friendly ski instructors. Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask parents to wait outside during lunchtime. You can find the menu here. If your child has any food allergies or special dietary requirements, please let us know on the registration form or when booking. For courses at Rosshütte in Seefeld, children will have lunch at a restaurant in the ski area. They will need pocket money for this.

When should I arrive for my course?

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the start of the lesson, fully prepared for the class (with your ski equipment and ski pass). Please note that there may be waiting times when purchasing your ski pass (up to 30 minutes during peak season). For private lessons, the class will start promptly at the agreed time. For group lessons, please arrive on time so that you don't make the entire group wait.

Are the ski passes included in the price?

No, the price of the ski pass is not included. You can find the prices for the Geigenbühel ski area here and for Rosshütte Seefeld here. Please purchase your ski pass before the lesson. During peak periods, it may take up to 30 minutes to purchase a ticket, so please leave enough time for this.

What about the ski rental?

The right ski or snowboard equipment is essential. Please use our partner, Modern Ski, for all your equipment needs. Ski instructors are not responsible for repairing or adjusting your equipment. Please ensure that your equipment is in good condition and properly prepared before your lesson.
