Adults ski levels

Beginner ski level

The beginner level is for anyone who has never skied before. We start by introducing you to the equipment, teaching basic movements, how to stop, how to use the lifts, and progressing from simple turns to more advanced ones. The goal is to learn the sport step by step, to be able to brake safely using the "plough" position, and to master the first turns.

Beginner + ski level

The Beginner+ level is for skiers who already have some experience, can brake safely using the snow plough technique and have tried making one or two turns. The goal is to perfect the snow plough turning technique and to lay the foundation for parallel skiing. We will practice on various terrains and at different speeds, learning to control our speed and adapt it to the terrain and conditions.

Advanced ski level

The advanced level is for skiers who can confidently navigate red runs. At this level, we move from the basic plough technique to parallel skiing and practice this technique on various slopes, with varying degrees of steepness, while changing rhythm, using dynamic movements on skis and on diverse terrain. The goal is to consolidate parallel skiing skills and to ski with even greater confidence and control on the slopes.

Master class ski level

The Master Class level is for skiers who can comfortably ski down red runs. The focus is on learning carving techniques, practicing rhythmic short turns and exploring mogul runs and off-piste terrain. The goal is to teach skiing techniques that will help you in various situations and broaden your skiing experience for the future.
